Computer literacy for office products and computerised maintenance management systems is essential as is a current driving license.

This position is to continuously improve the production assistance and administration support to the distilleries to include deputising for the Distillery Production Managers as and when required.

Experience in distillery management preferred however not essential. Distillery experience, especially in production processes is essential.
