Our client a national firm of Chartered Surveyors / Estate Agents requires a receptionist/secretary for their Elgin branch to cover a period of maternity leave.
Duties will include handling of telephone calls, full secretarial support including dictation, filing, lettings including occasional site visits and general office administration duties for all staff. The post will be full time with some Saturday morning cover from March to October.
Excellent communication and IT skills required. Previous property experience is preferred, but not essential. Full, clean driving licence and vehicle. We are looking for a team player.
Maternity cover from late July until May 2013 (dates to be confirmed).
